How long does the session take?

Usually 60 to 80 minutes. The nurse adjusts the IV drip rate to your blood pressure and veins, stays until the last drop, and stays in contact with the supervising physician.

What is inside the drip?

An isotonic base such as Lactated Ringer’s with boosted electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium), vitamins B and C, and intravenous glutathione to speed detox and ease inflammation. When indicated we add zinc or CoQ10. The doctor approves the final formula before the visit.

How fast can a specialist arrive?

Typically 1 to 2 hours after your request in Barcelona. During low demand we may arrive sooner.

Is it safe to get IV therapy at home?

Yes. A clinician takes your medical history and screens for contraindications before the visit. We use single-use systems, follow European IV protocols, and monitor pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation throughout the IV infusion.

How do I prepare for the visit?

Choose a quiet place to sit or lie down, reduce noise, prepare water and a light snack, and use the bathroom in advance.

Are there any contraindications?

Yes. Severe heart or liver failure and allergies to solution components. We cannot treat clients who are markedly intoxicated; a short sobriety phase is required first. All services are provided at IV home visits across Palma.
